Please note that we are currently receiving a large number of calls and we may not be able to answer the phone. You may send us and email at [email protected] if you are unable to reach us by phone. We are doing our best to respond in a timely manner.

Here are some details that may answer some of your questions:

- Please note that due to exceptionally high traffic in stores and online, for all online orders, whether a shipment or in store pick up, allow a minimum of 3 to 7 business days for us to process your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped or we will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up.

- Please also note that due to the current situation, it is possible that the item you ordered is no longer available by the time we process your order. We try our best to accurately maintain our inventory levels, but it can be difficult with such high traffic in stores. We will contact you as quickly as possible to cancel and refund your order if the product is no longer available.

- We do not take reservations for the workshop. 

- If you have contacted us to know when your bike order will arrive, we are currently unable to give you an exact date. We will contact you when the bike arrives in store.

- If your bike was not recently purchased at Cycle Néron, we cannot offer you a bike fit service until the end of April. We invite you to contact us again in early May to see if we have decided to start taking appointments again.

- We cannot ship bikes. Bikes must be picked up in stores.

We are working extremely hard to meet the exceptional increase in traffic in store and online. Please be patient with us!
