What is Powerwatts Néron

Powerwatts is an indoor training system created in 1994 by Mr. Paulo Sandanha, trainer and former professional Ironman triathlete. The founder is also a sports training psychologist and his goal was to offer cyclists a workout without the limitations of winter and the lack of traffic in urban areas like Montreal. In other words, he wanted to save time and be able to focus all his energy on performance and sport.

Combining equipment, software and training structure, Powerwatts is the most complete and effective indoor cycling training system available. Online training

Online, you have the ability to attend a live class, video coaching or even a structured class on your own, all from the comfort of your own home.
